"La instalaciones son grandes, muchas cosas quedan muy distantes, al estar TAN LLENO los trabajadores están estresados y sofocados y no todos te atienden bien. Cuando estuvimos se fue la luz por una conexión con su hotel nuevo y estuvimos hasta 5 horas sin luz, el aire se dañó, los elevadores no funcionaban, no habían generadores auxiliares y nisiquiera disculpas dieron. Esa noche nadie pudo salir a nada, por no haber luz. La comida es normal, aprovechen el buffet, el restaurante asador y mareas, los demás no valen la pena. En el spa tengan cuidado, repito trabajan de mala gana y a mi esposa le quemaron el pelo y molestos por la hora que ella fue ( hora que había disponible). Por el costo y valor, creo que deja mucho que decir, se pierde tiempo tratando de ir de un lugar a otro y top solo es el tamaño del hotel porque las amenidades son igual a cualquier hotel 4 estrellas o 3, nada del otro mundo. Los que han viajado y han estado en otras cadenas, pueden corroborarlo. No lo recomendaría porque su precio no vale la pena"

"My stay at Grand Bavaro Princess was mixed overall. The resort grounds are beautiful, and the beach area is one of the highlights of the property. The rooms were clean, and some staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the facilities are showing their age and could benefit from significant updates. Many areas of the resort feel outdated compared to other resorts in the same category. The biggest disappointment was the level of service. While a few employees went above and beyond, the majority of the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. Simple requests often felt like an inconvenience, and interactions were frequently lacking warmth or hospitality. On several occasions, it appeared that staff attitudes changed depending on whether a tip was given, and some employees seemed visibly frustrated when guests did not tip. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere that detracted from what should have been a relaxing vacation. Overall, the resort has potential thanks to its location, beach, and beautiful grounds, but improvements to the facilities and, more importantly, customer service would greatly enhance the guest experience. Based on my experience, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars."

"Great resort. Some restaurants were good some were not so much. The pools are great. Swim up pools could use a heater to warm them up for night swims or mornings. Other than those negatives, the rest of the resort is great. The staff is amazing, drinks are good and the staff enjoy spending time with the guests."
