"This is not a 4 star hotel as rated online. The bed was completely saggy on both sides, the pillows were quite firm and chosen for people with broad shoulders, very puffy. I asked for a different pillow and was told that there is only one type of pillow in the hotel. The push window opened, but there was no way to close it again. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a plane was landing in there... I asked for a quiet room, and they delivered on that. The people at the front desk were courteous...

"The hotel is beautiful and in unic place the stuff provides an outstanding service starting from valley parking, at front desk, at pool, in restaurants! It was my husband’s birthday. We got Champagne and sweets! Wish to come again. Highly recomended."

"This hotel was clean and near where I needed to be in Brooklyn. Very easy to get on the train to Manhattan and on to LGA as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only drawback at all would be the breakfast- the coffee was not really hot but they did offer several different milk/cream options. I was going out for breakfast anyway so lack of options was not an issue for me but it might be for others. I'll be back!"

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"Small rooms. Not renovated or as clean as I would have expected the Holiday Inn to be. The valet parking was not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good, limited options. Pool was very cloudy but the hot tub was ok. Limited nearby restaurants or places to visit. Ice machines were broken in multiple floors. Went to 3 different floors to find one. Overall 2/5 starts."
