"What I liked the most about was the cleanness and hospitality of the staff working on the floor. What I didnā€™t like about it was the long check in process which took a while. We expected a faster check in with the baby but it simply didnā€™t happen and we had to wait until a room was available. There were no free umbrellas at the beach front. The chairs with the canopy were $175 each to rent for a day to stay out of the sun when not in the water."

"We had a great stay at Hilton Waikoloa Village. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. While the property is beautiful, it could use some cosmetic updates. We noticed areas where the pool coping was missing, and some doors could benefit from better caulking, fresh paint, and general upkeep. Nui Italian was a fantastic restaurant, and the bar staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, especially considering we were there during Hurricane Nolo. Despite the weather challenges, the staff worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We would gladly return and look forward to seeing some of the property's maintenance improvements in the future."

"The location was wonderful. The unit was large and comfortable, but the interior was a bit old and dated. The appliances were older, but worked well. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed it very much and we would definitely recommend this property. It was a great value for the price"
