"Brilliant hotel, easy to grab a basic, light breakfast before heading out in the morning! Room was lovely, it was just that the bathroom taps were in need of fixing as they weren't properly fixed to the sink, so you had to hold them in place whilst turning the tap. Apart from this small detail, the room was at no fault, and the hotel staff were very friendly and made my short stay feel very warm and welcomed. If I ever return to NYC, I will be going back to this hotel."
