"Really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very tasty with a good variety. The staff were super pleasant and helpful. A short 10-15 minute walk to town or convenient bus stop near the hotel. Clean and spacious accommodations!"

"The smell of cooking oil/grease from the restaurant below was not pleasant. Check in and parking not convenient. Great location to the baths and delicious breakfast. "

"Service was 5/5 from checkin to checkout. Location was perfect and very close to the city centre and shops. Able to walk everywhere on foot and just a 11 mins walk to the train station."
"Design, furnishings, and artwork throughout complemented the historic nature of this beautiful and eclectic hotel in the heart of Bath’s limestone covered City Centre. All major sites / landmarks / museums / restaurants / shops were within a 30 minute walk with the train station within a five minute walk. Staff were helpful, thoughtful and eager to make sure we had all that we needed for what turned out to be a great visit to Bath!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was central to all the sites. Tons of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store next door made getting water and snacks easy and affordable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only negative comment is that one of the lifts was not working so you sometimes had to wait quite a bit if you had luggage. This was really only an issue during checkout time. "
