The only slight annoyance was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, so had to sleep with the window open, which meant that the gulls woke us up quite early in the morning. We were celebrating our birthdays and the hotel gave us a lovely plate of cakes to honor this! We skipped paying for breakfast because there are so many wonderful bakeries in Bath and the breakfast was on the pricey side. I still wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! "

"The property is extremely old and needs a proper renovation in my opinion - carpet is dirty with some stains, the bathroom tub has visible mold, and there was a constant water dripping noise from the toilet all night. Windows are damaged with broken glass and could not be securely locked, which we felt unsafe. Heating didn’t work properly, making it freezing in the morning.
