Special mentions to Wayne and Beau who both went above and beyond from parking our car to loading our luggage from car to room and back andshowing us the many delights (and rooms) the hotel has to offer. "It was a lovely stay, with very friendly staff. Situated a couple streets away from the Abbey, you can walk out of the hotel and down picturesque streets immediately. They even allowed us to keep our baggage in the property after check out so that we could explore the city one last time before leaving. Very thoughtful and lovely property. I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend a couple nights in Bath."

"We received a warm and friendly greeting upon our arrival, and were given a full run down of our room and the amenities. The honestly bar is a great idea and although we didn’t use it, it was good to know it was there. Breakfast was perfect, lovey, high quality produce all served by friendly staff. City centre was a 10-15 minute stroll and easily accessible. A lovely stay would definitely return. "

The breakfast was delicious continental AND a lovely cook breakfast option too.. perfect poached eggs! We stayed saturday- sunday and found plenty of parking available between 11am-midday."

"The hotel is in an excellent central location, just a short walk from some of the main sights you would want to see in the city. Getting around was very easy. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely lovely throughout my stay. I stayed on my own with my dog and we were given a very sweet room with a city view. The room was small but perfectly sufficient and comfortable for us. Breakfast was very good, with items selected from a menu and served quickly. The service was efficient...
