"I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."

Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. "No complaints. Staff are lovely, attentive, informative & helpful. Place was clean. Love the basics that are provided with the spot. Free wifi and parking. To my surprise there was an iron & dryer provided too. Bed comes with electric blanket but our one wasn’t working although we didn’t care. There’s a microwave, pots, stove, mini fridge.
