"I always try and stay here when I’m in Wellington but wow the property is starting to age. Tiles coming away in the shower, damaged sinks, frayed bedding and damaged carpets at entryways and stains everywhere. It really needs an upgrade already. Not worth what they charge anymore even though the location is amazing and the overall vibe is still awesome. "

"I really enjoyed my stay!! The staff was fantastic!! They did such a great job with answering my questions and helping me. Very friendly!! The room was so clean!! The location was close to restaurants! Everything was amazing!! I would stay there again for sure!"

"The perfect position in the centre of the city. Shops and restaurants close by. Relish Cafe a few doors down under the chemist warehouse has lovely food for lunch and a delicious breakfast. The guys behind the counter were very helpful and up for creating what I asked for"

"While the room and the property was decent enough, the shower in the bathroom was filthy. We ended up scrubbing the walls of the shower ourselves, cleaning off layers of mold and mildew. We never had the chance to discuss it with the front desk as it is really tough to find anybody at the front desk anytime we walked through the lobby. Other than the shower the rest of the room seemed to be decent enough."

"Pros Location, price, check in staff, cleanliness, nice and new, bed was so so comfy, no outside noise, black out curtains. The 1 bed had a washer and dryer in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Cons No hand/body soap in bathroom or shower, both were just empty. If you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask. The smoke alarm light flashes 24/7 and the clock light was so bright but at least that can be unplugged. Really strong cooking smells on the 2nd floor, it...

"Great location but no reception desk. They got my email wrong so we had no idea how to check in or where to park. Parking was expensive. Construction going on so foyer and lift a bit dirty. Loose tap and leaky shower hose. Bed was ok but sofas weren't. Had no milk so bought our own."

"Stayed here with my 8 year old daughter for her birthday and it was fantastic! Staff are very friendly, room was lovely, food was great. The chocolate hour was a big hit and one of the best buffet breakfasts Iv ever had. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back!"
