Our room was comfy & clean, with plenty of windows for natural light, but equipped with curtains to have a peaceful rest. The Innkeeper, John, is a pleasure & a delight. He provides lovely hospitality including a very friendly breakfast service, which included such a variety, something for every taste. We will stay here again."

"The whole experience was awesome. I couldn't fault the service at all. My unit was on the ground floor, right out front, but there must have been superior sound-proofing as I couldn't hear traffic at all. My unit was beautifully decorated, bed linens clean and fresh and fabulous curtaining. We were steps from the Wellington Cable Car, which gives you access to the Botanical Garden and Zealandia. Te Papa was a 15-minute walk away.
