"We've stayed here in another room before and it was great. This room, was a strange shape one off off the stairwell. The shape wasn't a problem but the extractor vent above the hotplate made a very loud air movement sound even though it was not turned on. The room was also not properly cleaned, dusty, empty beer bottle under bed. When we tried to message the hotel about this, the only way to get hold of them out was just ignored ."

(I didn’t and got a ticket. My own fault for not following the detailed instructions provided by hotel staff … who are great!)"
