We booked two studios. The location is excellent however the rooms have a lot of issues. We had broken drawers, no tea towels, no facecloths, no toilet roll holder, broken towel rail, expired milk sachets, no storage in one room, no sky but sign says has 60 sky channels, broken light switches and power outlets were disfigured, dirty cups, dishwashing liquid in Pepsi and Powerade bottles, 1 pillow each on bed per person. If you want a cheap motel to just sleep overnight and spend little time in then that’s fine but really needs some TLC and updating.

Simple and welcoming

The host was welcoming and the unit was tidy. It was an older part of the complex but the room was suitable for an overnight stay. I have stayed here previously in the newer units which are nice. Unfortunately, the hot water did not work which was frustrating for showers in the morning. Hopefully that was fixed after our stay.

A little tricky getting out into traffic as right on the intersection of a busy road at rush hour times even on a saturday. But friendly staff, clean and fresh room. When we got back to our room someone else had taken our park in front of our room, however we could still park in the hotel gounds. All in all great place to stay

Stayed here for Foo Fighters. Was clean and tidy. Walkable distance to Petone train station, around 15 mins. Have stayed here before and would probably stay again. Room had basic cooking facilites
