"Liked that it was close to colosseum and other attractions we were able to walk to. The room was attractive, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Liked that it had a small lounge at entry with coffee machine. The elevator didnt always work, but it worked when we had luggage,haha. Showers were great also. Our host Francesco was kind, informative, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay."

"Host was excellent. Arranged our pickup at the airport and our drop off at the cruise terminal two days later. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Rome. Location is excellent, walking distance to Colosseum in mintes plus other local tourist distinations."

"Great location, very close to the historical sites (under a 10-minute walk), restaurants, public transport and a supermarket (2-minute walk). The apartment was just as advertised, it was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment building was clean, well maintained and quite. We were provided with really clear check-in instructions (as we arrive late evening)."

"Pricey, especially for buffet breakfast to not be included. City tax not included in prepaid amount on Expedia. Ants in the bathroom all over the sink counter. Noisy for a premium room as it was right next to rooftop bar and down the hall from restaurant. Though the breakfast wasn’t included you do get a free toothbrush!"

"The apartment was great for a family of 5, very clean, with everything you would expect and more. It is a large apartment with ample space for 2 adults, 2 teens and a young child. Fantastic communication leading up to the stay, and also during the check in process. We had changed our check in time the day before due to an activity cancellation and the staff were absolutely incredible. The location was perfect too, a nice little walk through a park to the colosseum. We will certainly be booking...

PROS: Nice room in a good location-clean and safe with a mini-fridge, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with a good shower, filtered water cooler at the entrance, Nespresso coffee maker. "A wonderful old hotel conveniently located a few blocks from the Colosseum. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us early check in .. carrying our heavy luggage upstairs , arranged for our car from the port and to the airport and called many taxis in between.. the staff makes the stay. Rooms are typically older style European but beds were comfortable and bathroom provided everything you need. We also found a wonderful rooftop restaurant right out the door to the west which we liked...
