"Both Giovanni, and Giovanni B. were extremely helpful and friendly. They were consistently friendly and courteous. Special commendations to Giovanni B for providing insights regarding trains, train schedules, and local attractions. He spent considerable time with us. Many Thanks"
"Before this hotel was very good in amenities in 2014-2016 but now 2026 the amenities very poor and even the size of the room very small the problem is always at the receptions tells you that the hotel is all full !!! Even if you go in the middle of Dead season"
"Staff was exceptional and the facilities were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good too. However, our room had some inconveniences. First and foremost, we couldn't use the overhead shower because if we did, it flooded the entire bathroom due to the spray going everywhere (instead of just straight down) and the design of the shower stall doors which didn't fully seal off the shower stall. Additionally, we found it somewhat inconvenient there were no towel racks or hangars of any kind. Overall, was a good stay though and we appreciated the staff's professionalism and helpfulness."
