Water low pressure, should use pump water heater. TV too decent. Cannot swing aircond. Basin clogged. Only have 1 functioning socket outlet. Staff really nice.

It's located nice in town..but cleanliness is terrible have hair inside toilet remote control for TV not functioning..they shut put door handle inside bedroom... pump for toilet is broken... cannot use...I'm disappointed...

Tempah katil queen dapat single 2, kena rapatkan, tak boleh masuk pada awal sebab id tak ada, saya customer mana tau id bagai, dah bertegas baru boleh masuk, sebab dah tak tahan nak tido tak boleh, duit dah bayar.. Memang menghampakan... Expedia lambat beri id ke email..

The Room is very smelly,The bedsheet not clean..tv very old...Its ruin my mood..If u want to stay here,pls think.better u find new hotel... please improve yr service...but the location is strategik.near pd waterfront

Overall room is ok. Can't expect comforts of the highest level. Poor Wifi Signal. Only one modem kept in the lobby area. If you are expecting to use heavily on wifi, you will not get the signal in your room. However, the lobby can be an alternative.
