"We booked a deluxe city king and were assigned room 103 which was a comfortable, clean and beautiful room. However we found the street noise loud at night (perhaps increased due to vivid) and we had an amazing view of a tennis court and the terraces across the road. Disappointed we were below the skyline view and couldn’t be moved due to full capacity. None the less, a beautiful hotel and lovely staff and easy to walk to the rocks."

"Impeccable service - the staff who checked me in actually helped me with my luggage, took me to the room and showed me all the buttons and ways around the room. If you've travelled often enough to Australia, you know this is above and beyond service. The interior and aesthetics are 10/10 - no notes. "The attention to detail at the W Hotel is outstanding. The check in staff are very friendly and welcoming, when you call for assistance in your room they are quick to respond and very efficient. The bathroom amenities in particular he cleansing face cream were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious too, We will be back!"
