"Room was clean. Beds were fine. Could hear the talk of neighbors, very thin walls. Sea air and element damage to property exterior at pool and around property. Hot tub was not remotely hot enough and jets didn't work. Staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. Location was literally at the top of beach stairs by volleyball courts, north of Pismo Beach pier. Great!"
