"When I stayed there with my husband and kids the sheets on the beds were dirty when we pulled back the comforter. I immediately reached out to the front desk but they were closed the sister hotel next door sent someone over with clean sheets that I had to change myself. "Think property could use resort style games for families such as oversized Jenga, checkers and maybe ping pong tables. Only one pool and hot tub doesn’t fit the status for offering rooms that can hold up to 6 people. Families need more activities. The happy hour social time is a great addition. "This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and it's the 3rd time that the cleaning staff that cleans your room is literally non existent. I spent $1800 on two days and they can't even clean the room. The pool also has a rough surface on the bottom, so my daughter and granddaughter had scratches all over their feet.
