"Kiana checked us in but didn’t ask if we wanted to upgrade as a corner room looked empty. We had stayed in that room a couple of years ago. Room was clean but water pressure wasn’t the greatest! "

"My husband and I spent one night at Oxford suites, and I highly recommend. Extremely reasonable, spacious and clean suite with King bed, and pullout couch in separate living room. Nice size mini fridge, microwave, and sink in living room. WiFi worked great, hot breakfast is included; 5 min drive to Pismo Pier!"

"We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Pismo Beachwalker Inn & Suites. The rooms are spacious, practical, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The location is a big plus just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and to downtown Pismo Beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Our room included a comfortable bed, TV, microwave, air conditioning, and a mini fridge, which was very convenient. Free on site parking is available for guests, and the overall setup is simple and functional. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. There is no breakfast on site, but that actually turned out to be a great opportunity to walk over to Surfside Donuts & Coffee, which is close by and makes for an easy and tasty morning stop. The hotel also has an outdoor pool available for guests, which is a nice bonus, especially in warmer weather. Overall, this is a great value stay in Pismo Beach comfortable rooms, an excellent location, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place near the beach and downtown."
