"I had an excellent stay. Yosef was extremely solicitous of my comfort, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I originally booked the Triple Room for 2 nights and ended up extending it an additional 2 to be my home base for my entire visit to Cairo. "The place is nice and I think the price is ok. The WiFi is terrible! But that’s how it is almost everywhere in Egypt. This is my 4th time visiting and it has not improved. The parcial view to the pyramids is great. You can watch part of the light show at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the best part of this hotel. Do not send your clothes to be washed. One dollar per item, and they returned mine in a plastic bag sealed but still very wet."

"What a wonderful experience at Neo’s Pyramids Boutique Hotel! From the beautiful, spotless, and comfortable rooms to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite memories was enjoying their delicious green soup on the rooftop one evening. When the waiter noticed I was cold, he thoughtfully came over and placed a blanket around me. Such a simple but incredibly touching gesture! The staff truly went above and beyond. When I accidentally overslept before my airport transfer, they called several times to make sure I was awake and wouldn’t miss my flight. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and attention to detail. I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel! ❤️"

"The view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. The staff at the desk and at breakfast also amazing. I had a pyramid view room but I would not get that again. It faced the road and the noise all night out front kept me awake. People were outside yelling and 2 nights in a row there were fights. Not the hotel owners fault but if you want a good night sleep get a room in the back. I would recommend just staying one night for the view up at the restaurant."

The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled."

"Lovely hotel & helpful staff. The pool at the foot of the pyramid was very cool, literally & metaphorically. I really enjoyed my swim! Great breakfast. Don’t love that the curtains in the pyramid view room couldn’t be pulled back to actually enjoy the view properly. The hotel is very close to a pyramid but it’s behind a wall about a 15 minute walk to the main entrance. If you scare easily, you might find the rough alleys & rubble around the hotel a bit overwhelming as the property of off the main road in a residential community. Fair warning about the massage: it was extremely creepy & unprofessional. He did it on my bed and it was SUPER awkward. In hindsight, I should’ve stopped it."
