Lovely experience

The hotel and everyone we interacted with was lovely. Islam, the hotelier, set us up with a great driver for the Great Pyramid. The room was comfortable, the public spaces delightful. If we are ever able to return to Giza, we would love to stay again.

This older family hotel is situated in a unique position on the outskirts of the pyramids. From the dining/roof terrace you overlook Khufu pyramid. On waking in the morning the view of the pyramid from our balcony was magical and atmospheric with calls to prayer. The breakfasts were basic but more than adequate to start the day, with good coffee. The staff were always friendly and very helpful and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Great hotel with amazing view. It can get tricky to find the property but the people are all very helpful in Cairo. Very friendly and helpful staff. My dads phone broke and they very easily found help and fixed it in a couple of hours.

The hotel is in a unique area and arguably is the closest to pyramid khofu. However, the area is dirty with tens of stray dogs and garbage every where. The staff are nice and the free breakfast is excellent. The hotel access is difficult and uber drivers may not find it easily. We rented an SUV and after finding the hotel in the first time, every thing was good. I recomme renting a car and driving carefully in Egypt.

Staff were excellent. Older hotel with great views and attentive staff. Make sure to bring your own toiletries. Get to breakfast early to get traditional Egyptian breakfast. If rooms were a bit nicer I would have given a better rating. Very small rooms in need of a little TLC. Because the staff were so great, I’m giving a higher rating. They were exceptional.

A uniquely places place with a view of Khufu pyramid. The staff is helpful, not hesitating to do whatever they can to assist. Breakfast was tasty and evening happy hour vibes are inviting. Rooms were comfortable, though Wi-fi was patchy, leaving some to be desired. Only major pain was lack of Uber driver's willingness to drive in to pick us up, citing narrow roads leading in, often charging double / quadruple of the price quoted to just pick up. The staff does try to help with this, as much they can.

Since we arrived the first thing we encountered was someone else complaining getting robbed by the cleaning lady, once we got our room it smelled like it wasn’t properly cleaned, The walls are paper thin and you can hear every minute sound made by the stuff and other guests. The breakfast was really bad but the worst offender of all is the location, my god is a maze of the worst streets Egypt has to offer and that is saying a lot .

The pictures that are posted for this hotel was probably when they opened 10+ years ago. Is all run down, old, and has not been kept. The pyramid view is 1% of a window view not worth it. The rooms that we paid for is not what we received. Rooms are small and we had to ask to change linens since they were all dirty.

Expedia should think before putting such properties on their website. Very filthy property, I believe the towels they are using since 1800, so rough, no hot water, staff does not know English, communication is a big issue.

The hotel is being refurbished and could no sleep during the day or night properly. Same floor drilling and knocking noises all day. At night too much noise outside. No soap or shampoo provided. No parking car facilities even though they advertised parking. Had to pack the car in a alleyways which was a tight spot for car to get damaged. Not much choices available for breakfast menu. Just 3 choices. The breakfast time didn't start until after 8am which is too late for me.

I had a typo when arranging our airport pick up at 12am but they did ask for flight number so when i typed in p230am that should have trigged for inquire but it didnt and we had to take a cab, that told us this was a very bad part of town, he had a hard time finding the place and when we showed up at 330am the manager sais he thought our pick up was at 230am a d i can see that but he still dodnt send a car. Took us 2 hours in traffic to reach the hotel die to diffiulty finding down dark dirt roads. T When we arrived our room was not ready so we had to stay the 1st night in a single room when we paid for a suite, the bathroom had a very small water heater and 2nd shower take was freezing, The breakd Fast is enjoyable but all other meals we ordered there were served cold. All in all this was an experiance that made our trip very difficult duw to locstion we did not go out after dark. Staff was frendly and helpful but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone its just not a good area of.town. no TV ,no phone in room, elevator only goes to 2nd floor, restrant is on rooftop so if you have mobility issues like i do this would not be a good place.

C’est un petit bijou au milieu d’un quartier qui laisse à désirer au premier abord. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel nous étions impressionnés par le cadre agréable, calme, beau avec une vue imprenable sur la grande pyramide. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux. On est resté une semaine complète sur place. Très bon emplacement pour visiter à pieds et acheter des souvenirs. Le restaurant sur le roof top était juste parfait. Divers plats sont proposés et le cuisinier Abdo Nour se fait un plaisir de nous régaler en faisant de belles présentations et surtout délicieux. Pour le petit déjeuner il y en a pour tous les goûts. Très belle chambre sur le roof top. Il manque cependant quelques nécessités comme un tapis de sol dans la salle de bain, une chaise dans la chambre, un miroir et une petite brochure avec les informations importantes sur l’hôtel. Sinon c’était super! Une mention spéciale pour les membres du personnel : Abdo Nour Merci pour les plats savoureux, Mohammed et Stanley Merci d’avoir fait votre possible pour nous conseiller au mieux afin que notre séjour soit un succès. Amr à toujours été présent quoiqu’il arrivait et a su répondre à toutes nos questions. Et enfin Islam qui nous a proposé quelques visites intéressantes. Merci à tout ce beau monde. Das Hotel liegt super, direkt neben der Cheops-Pyramide. Vom Balkon und Bett abends der letzte Blick auf diese erhabene Sehenswürdigkeit ist traumhaft. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Dachterrasse fürs Frühstück und Dinner. Diese wurde auch modernisiert. Die Zimmer sind sauber, mit Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Duschen funktionieren auch zu jeder Tageszeit perfekt. Die Umgebung ist zwar sehr verfallen(abgerissene illegal gebauter Häuser und viele nicht so reiche Menschen)aber sie helfen freundlich beim Weg-Finden. Es gibt innerhalb dieser kleinen Gassen viel preiswertes sauberes Essen und Getränke zu kaufen. Im Hotel gibt es täglich kostenlos pro Person eine Flasche Wasser, zusätzliches kostet 1$. Dinner auf dem Rooftop zwischen 5 und 15$. Wenn man Ruhe möchte, hier bekommt man sie. Hilfe bei Buchungen wird angeboten, man aber nicht bedrängt. Geräte für Fitness, ein Billardtisch und eine Tischtennisplatte sind vorhanden. Wir hatten das Deluxe-Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, klein aber fein, Balkon ist Gold wert

Eher nicht noch mal wieder

Zimmer, klein, sauber, zweckmäßig mit rudimentärer Ausstattung. Bad nicht gut. Nicht gut funktionierender Wasserhahn, kein Duschvorhang. Duschkopf spritzt in alle Richtungen. Toilettenpapier nur auf Anfrage. Steckdose im Zimmer aus der Wand gerissen wird auch nicht repariert. Klimaanlage funktioniert. Das Beste am Hotel die Lage in der Nähe der Pyramiden mit Blick auf die Cheops Pyramide. Frühstück: auf dem Dach einmal erlebt. War nett, jedoch nicht mit europäischen Werten vergleichbar. Hier wiederum natürlich der Blick auf die Pyramide. Fantastisch. An einem Tag hatten wir einen Sandsturm vorhergesagt bekommen. Hier wurde dann auf Frühstück in Plastikboxen ausgewichen und das Dach durfte nicht betreten werden. Während meiner drei Nächte im Hotel wurde kein einziges Mal das Zimmer sauber gemacht. Mein Fenster ließ sich auch nicht öffnen. Blick nach draußen, negativ! Im circa 15 Minuten Takt Immer wieder ein Brummen einer lauten Klimaanlage. Das Internet im Hotel da, jedoch eher auf Datex-P Qualität. Interessante Zuwegung zum Hotel, durch ein nahezu komplett abgerissenes Viertel auf nicht vorhandenen Straßen. Die guten Bewertungen mit fünf Sternen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ehrliche wohlwollende drei Sterne von meiner Seite mit Tendenz zu 2. Mala opcion en Giza

Las fotos le favotecen mucho, en realidad es un hotel exageradamente escondido, en una zona atras de las piramides pero no turistica, calles de tierra, basura por todos lados, el camino te hara sentir en un lugar muy inseguro, el hotel es muy basico, la higiene y el servicio dejan mucho que decir, el restaurante en el rooftop es malo y caro para lo que ofrece. Lo unico bueno de este lugar es una vista parcial de la piramide, por todo lo demas, evita quedarte aqui, por el mismo precio hya opciones mas centricas y mejores. Nosotros nos quedamos una noche porque llegamos tarde y cansados pero el mismo dia buscamos otra opcion y nos movimos al dia siguente por la mañana.

Super esperienza attaccato alle piramidi di gizeh. Ottima colazione a scelta con vista sulle piramidi sul rooftop. Quartier strano ma l'hotel è perfetto. Ottima anche la navetta dall'aeroporto gratuita.

Irreal las fotos. Y poca seriedad en muchas cosas

Muy mal la verdad creo q el personal hace lo q puede pero en realidad lo que prometen en su página no es la realidad y les voy a enumerar las cosas q están mal en el cuarto no se hiba el agua de la coladera y se inunda la habitación las cortinas no cierran ni tapan los focos en la noche hay mucho ruido la televisión no le sirve no se ve nada no hay jabón era pura agua en uno de los cuartos y lo que les digo es para los dos cuartos que se rentaron todo el hotel no le dan mantenimiento tengo videos de donde dan el desayuno y mala higiene es sumamente raquítico y feo el restaurant caro para lo q dan y feo alrededor del hotel en ruinas y apestoso muchas moscas esto lo pongo para q realmente le cambien las estrellas a este hotel y cuando mucho es un hotel de dos estrellas esto lo pongo para q los hoteles que ustedes ofrecen sean realmente lo que uno reserva y ya es de cada uno si quiere rentar ese tipo de hotel hay más cosas pero no quiero perjudicar a nadie si no q ofrezcan realmente te lo q tienen les agradezco

Öncelikle resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok iyiler ve güleryüzlüler uçağımız erken inmesine rağmen check in saatinden önce bizi çok bekletmeden odamıza aldılar, sorduğumuz herşeyde yardımcı oldular. Otelin konumu çok güzel yürüyerek çoğu yere yakın terasta piramitlere karşı kahvaltı yapabiliyorsunuz bu güzel. Sadece banyo çok kirliydi ve kötü koku geliyordu duş almak çok zordu kabin olmadığı için heryer su oluyor ve konforlu değil kesinlikle. Bide eksi olarak duvarlar çok ses geçiriyor gürültüden rahatsız oldum f/p oteli diyebilirim.
