"House cleaning knocked st my door close to 9pm and asked if I am OK which I replied "yes". At 10:15pm guest service called and asked my name and room number. I asked him what happened as I was already in bed. He said house keeping wrongly thought I am already checked out. In this case they should check if I indeed check out, if they already know it was a mistake, why calling me late at night to tell me house keeping is wrong. They should told them directly.

"None of the below is exaggerated:
Half of the rooms had no door handles..open and looked like sqatters lived in them..stairwells blocked..pool empty full of trash.
Odd smell in room.
Room appeared clean but very very outdated 30 yrs old furniture..beds were on rolling casters and pushed around during the night. Bathroom and vanity not stoc stocked..no hand soap in either and only 1 towel. Threshold into bathroom too high, tripped and fell into the tub in the middle of the night.

"Dirty tiny room for too high of a price. Had huge hair balls on the shower floor with soap scum on the glass. Stained sheets with paper thin pillows. Smelled heavily of smoke and there was nicotine seepage and water damage on the walls and ceilings. Only had a minifridge and microwave. Front desk was fine when checking in. Free parking. Kind of close enough to walk to some restaurants."

"Pass on this hotel as it is under massive construction!!! Noise all day. No maid service. Our room was not very clean as we did have a newly renovated room. Only one elevator and long lines waiting to go up & down. No amenities available ie the pool or the gym and you still have to pay resort fee and no resort. And you have to pay for parking too. The hotel store was closed or open and no one to help you. Very frustrating for all the money you pay. Not worth it at all. The staff was at best...

"The buffet was great! The room was clean when we arrived. The only issues we had was the parking is very expense $50 per night and the hotel was nice but the cost was a bit expensive. You can stay down the street at the Hilton Vacation Club and it's just as nice of a hotel as here but it's less expensive plus it's right on the lake."
