"Great customer service!! Its very convienent and clean as well. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the ventilation in the rooms. Can be a little smelly but I believe its just the area of the hotel. Otherwise it really is a great and beautiful place. "

"This place was a nightmare. In the worse part of town in Mexico City plus no running hot water no toilet seat complained about the shower spraying water all over the entire bathroom they didn’t care. Plus you had to turn your key into them when you left so your belongings are not safe. The linen where dirty floor was gross. If it happen been for the fact u arrived so late and had no alternative at that moment would not have stayed there. This place is rented by the hour plus none of the pictures they show of the hotel rooms are there the courtyard was nice and had a security system. I am appalled it even was an approved place for hotels .com"

"The staff was courteous, check-in was easy, the rooms were clean, and we were able to pick up a small dinner at the eat-in restaurant. The hotel was perfect for what we needed was just somewhere to stay the night close to the airport to catch our morning flight. It is not a hotel that would be convenient for any type of vacation though. The restaurant only had one person working on a Sunday night at 7:30PM so the service was extremely slow. The table across from us finally got up and went elsewhere to look for food. We had nowhere that we wanted to go so we just endured the wait and the food was fine. The mattresses though for me were extremely hard which is why I only gave a 3 out of 5. It was very, very difficult to sleep since I prefer softer mattresses so I did not wake up feeling refreshed. Actually, I barely slept and got out of bed in the morning with sore hips and sore shoulders. "
