It is close to airport. Good price for room free shuttle and breakfast. The staff was great from the driver, front desk and breakfast staff. Super close to the metro system and the bus central. Overall I would definately stay with them again.

This is a very clean but bland hotel near the Mexico City Airport. I arrived during a rainstorm & had to run through the rain to enter. The time I arrived was after 5 pm, yet I had to wait for my room. I enjoyed a free expresso while I was waiting. The breakfast was ok. I took the shuttle to the airport with no trouble.

Great property, very close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue we had was getting the shuttle from the airport (after hours) and the number to call for reception was only in Spanish. The shuttle back to the airport in the AM was very easy to arrange once at the hotel. The beds were okay, comfortable enough after a long day of travel. Breakfast was okay! Not a giant selection but adequate enough. Overall, would recommend for a quick stay if you have an overnight layover!

Best part about our experience was how attentive the staff serving breakfast was. Ms. Rebeca, specifically, was very polite and helpful. The food was great, especially the waffles and the jugo verde. 10/10 Another great plus was the free shuttle from airport to hotel and back. Drivers were on time, attentive and very helpful. Overall, we had a good experience in the things that matter to us for a one night stay: breakfast and airport shuttle. The hotel itself meets expectations of cleanliness and quality.

Shuttle service was prompt and hotel accommodated sending the driver to pick up us using e -mails instead of phone call. Room was terrible noisy and we had no much sleep time. Bed comfortable but pillows were not. No hand towels neither face clot. Body towels were very thing and thread bare, toilet was not clean properly, bathroom door did not close. I pick this hotel because the mini fridge in the room.

This is a good option when visiting Mexico City. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was easy to use (it is only about a 10 minute ride to the airport). The hotel is about a 20 min Uber ride to Zocalo Square. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and met my needs. The room service was ok...the food was average and not really the value for what I paid. However, you don't go to Mexico City for room service LOL, there are many fabulous restaurants and street vendors to try. Room service should only be used as a last option...which is what is for me...room service is open 24 hours. The continental breakfast each morning was very good. I loved the mini waffles and fruit options. A few tips for some new international travelers...most Latin American countries don't use wash clothes, so pack your own or get ready to use a hand towel for your shower or washing your face. Also, many hotels aboard are using the hotel key card to control the power in the room. Look for a slot on the wall near the door to place your hotel key card inside and then you will be able to turn on the lights. All and all a good and convenient option while visiting Mexico City.
