I had a wonderful stay at the Krystal Hotel Airport. The experience was smooth from start to finish, with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location near the airport. Loved being there! Clean areas, friendly staff. They picked me up from and dropped me at the airport and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they have a transportation service for concerts at the gnp stadium or sports palace, I chose this place for that option and they dropped me at the venue and then picked me up when the show was over. Totally worth it!

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I would have given 5 stars, but the restaurant and in-room dining were disappointing. Room service takes a really long time — if you plan on eating at a certain time, I recommend ordering at least two hours in advance. They also require payment upfront and do not allow charges to be billed to your room. Unfortunately, the food itself was underwhelming. On multiple occasions, service in the restaurant was slow, and I had difficulty getting assistance. There were times when staff were not readily available and I had to call out for help. After three disappointing experiences with bland, unappealing food, I decided to stop dining there. The restaurant definitely needs improvement. The rooms, however, are nice. Aside from the restaurant experience, everything else was great, and I would still recommend staying here.

First the ladies from the desk thay look like mad all the times, and the my second day I asked for a extra chair only for a few hours and they says not we don't can't provide anything extra!!! For sure next time I tray to get another hotel never!! Though to come back at same place like this
