"We had a wonderful stay at Marriott Hotel Manila at Newport World Resorts. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and we really appreciated that all the basic essentials, including hygiene kits, were already provided in the room so we didn't have to request anything extra. The staff, especially in the Executive Lounge dining area, were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food selection was excellent, with a great variety that made every meal enjoyable. We highly recommend...

"hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though."

"More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!"

"The property was not represented accurately. It was made to seem.like a resort, nothing was open, cash was the only acceptable payment, which made things difficult. The room was not clean and bugs are a problem. The room and all the appliances need to be cleaned. On arrival the television volume was elevated and it made it seem like someone was already inside. I was nervous to open the door. A more accurate description of the unit should be portrayed and more information about the amenities."

"We were happy that the host is accommodating in allowing us to check in early 11am so we can leave our luggages. She said the room is vacant and ready. But to our surprise, it is not clean and the trash, dirty dishes, left over moldy food on the table seemed to be there for weeks already. No electricity, so lights and aircon not working. She wants us to wait to get it cleaned. But 2 hrs before 3 pm check in, no one is cleaning. We don’t want to stay in this same room for who knows what germs are...
