"Great experience from check in to check out. Staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is perfect with lots of places of interest nearby. The dining was wonderful with a varied menu that pleased everyone in our group. Lovely entertainment in the lounge after dinner. It was one of the best stays I have experienced in the world. "

The complimentary wine for my daughters 30th birthday was a nice touch equally so were the slippers at the side of the bed and the chocolate waiting at the side of the bed when we got back after watching “the devil wears Prada” Would definitely stay again x"

"The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great"

"We love it here our 4th stay this time we booked the two bed apartments was wonderful staff so helpful and friendly Only negative was ice machine didn’t work and the plug in roll top bath wouldn’t close so couldn’t use the bath & for £800 really should have a working bath We still world visit again but I would check in advance they were working"
