"Best room we've had in my entire 11 nights tour in Italy where we stayed in 5 other hotels before arriving at Sant' Anna hotel. Size of room was big (relative to the other rooms elsewhere), and the room deco had a "wow" effect when we opened the door. Best of all, lots of table space to place luggage, lots of clothes hangers and functional amenities. Hotel is next door to a large supermarket / department store and close to the Vatican also walking distance from the Trevi Fountain! Wifi is unstable. "Great property and convenient location away from the crowds yet close to the action. Nicely appointed, updated and clean. 5 minute walk from the Vatican area. 2 minute walk to a taxi stand. Lots of restaurants nearby. Owner, Anna was extremely helpful answering all our questions and giving recommendations. She was terrific. We stayed there twice, once on each end of our Italian vacation. We had no problems walking the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome. "
