Came for a few days with my son. Hotel perfect for what we wanted and the staff very helpful. We were within walking distance of gare du nord but easy enough to use the metro to get all over.

Good hotel, nice and clean. Neighbourhood around hotel a bit sketchy not somewhere to walk alone during night, but otherwise a very good stay. Close to the train station

Yotel shoreditch, London and Hotel mercure, Paris

london hotel (yotel shoreditch), though no window, was very good. All staff were friendly. Hotel was nicely situated near shops we needed to go to and most especially, the public transit. Hotel in Paris, quite expensive for a day stay, was very good in the sense that is is also located near Train Station and nice shops (food places, souvenir shops, etc, the staff were kind, too,

The hotel itself is fine , shower space is a bit small. The toilet is at the end of the room. Washing basin is other area in the room. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Love them. They have coffee machine in the lobby. Not sure it needs to be paid or free , didn’t try.

Only a one night stay. Personally I wouldn’t say it was a 4 star hotel, more like British travel lodge level but it was comfortable and clean. Right next to Nord station as well.

Very close to railway station. Helpful and friendly check in and clean rooms with a good shower. Small rooms but adequate. Softish mattress and lovely soft pillows. Good breakfast.

Enjoyable stay

Hotel is ideally located for Gare du Nord. Well-served by nearby buses, Metro, RER. As with most 3-star hotels in Paris rooms are small. However, they are modern, comfortable bed, shower & toilet. Very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast room is modern, nicely decorated and the buffet was excellent. Friendly staff and good value.

Very good for price

Room we had was small but clean and had everything we needed. The little fridge and water replenished was a nice touch. Free safe and could set it to your own pin was good.

Good location for station

Chose this hotel for its location near to Gare du Nord. Small cafe just 5 minutes walk away which was perfect for breakfast and late night dinner. Didnt like the sliding door for the toilet.

Overall compliant with Mercure standards

Overall the hotel seems to be compliant with the Mercure standards, and therefore one has little risk of being too disappointed with the room conditions. Yet one has to walk 3-5 mins to get to the hotel from the station, crossing two streets, which may give some hassle to people with many things to carry. I went out and came back at midnight, and had to knock on the door for about 10 mins with another guest until someone came out and let us in.
