Stunning, all you could want location, warm and helpful staff, terrific food, great snorkeling, lots of entertainment.
Perfect sized family resort with luxury touches. We are already dreaming of returning. We’ve stayed in tons of properties around the world and this one is a gem. The staff were so nice to our children and we even got some adult time while the kids were in the awesome kids club. Everyone had a wonderful time and the food was also very good, especially the lunch curry specials.
Amazing property, fantastic service, felt like you were part of the family! Food was so good! Make sure you do the village visit and snorkeling trips, you won’t regret it
We had a garden villa room which was right beside the pool and restaurant. Very clean and comfortable with air con. The food was amazing and snorkelling right out the front of the resort. Would definitely stay again. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Amazing staff especially Anna at the dive shop and the other ‘entertainment and activity’ staff!!!
The food was superb!!!!
Stayed in the dorm, was perfect for solo travellers to meet others etc.
good scuba diving team as well.
Had an amazing time there.
The Blue Lagoon Beach Resort has to be the most luxury resort experience for the most affordable price in the Yasawa Islands. The accomodations are lovely and clean, the staff friendly and efficient, the food delicious, and the setting outstanding. The house reef and coral farm were special highlights, as well as a visit to the village church service, a beautiful beach with incredible views, and a fishing expedition that brought in some amazing fish. The chef made a feast of our catch and we were so impressed by the service and the experience in general. The two restaurants have something for everyone, and our little family felt like we were treated like royalty. We would recommend this special place to anyone who wants a unique and beautiful Fiji experience! And we will dream of the outdoor shower and comfortable plush beds for years to come.
Beautiful location and wonderful food, incredibly friendly people with amazing service. Highly recommend this resort and the area, especially for snorkeling and scuba diving. There are TONS of places to do both around there. There is some minor construction going on right now at the beach during low tides, but it didn't impact us that much...definitely one of our favorite places in the Yasawas Islands.
This was the best place we went to in Fiji! The snorkeling right off the beach is the best! There are excursions to other snorkeling/diving spots also. The excursion to Sawaii-Lau Caves is available from here too. Don't miss the night snorkeling excursion. The villas have bathrooms, but the lodges share a community bathroom with backpackers. The meals are MORE than plentiful; the meal plan is compulsory. The meals are high class, one with 10 courses! Fantastic atmosphere! Just the place to be in Fiji!
The dorm was great. Air conditioned and someone to make your bed every day! The member of staff there (Melaia) was great. The shared showers and bathroom were exceptionally clean.
All the staff were wonderfully friendly and cheerful.
Ok the meal plan was expensive £60 pd but the dorm was only £16 pn. The food was restaurant quality and plentiful. And it was interesting having the 10 course Japanese dinner in their Japanese restaurant.
There were kayaks, paddle boards and a blow up slide in the sea free to use. And there was also some free activities like film night and the Fijian Tea and the inevitable kava.
The staff choir were excellent. Especially coming around to the various accommodations singing Christmas carols on Christmas morning.
The beach was clean and the sea some lovely shades of blue.
Thank you very much for your kindness and consideration when I was not feeling well upon arrival due to the effects of motion sickness medication.
Thanks to you, I was able to finally go on the long-awaited cave tour.
The staff were truly wonderful. I sincerely appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
It's a very nice property and welcoming staff. The excursions to the Blue Lagoon cave and nearby snorkeling spots are fantastic. The only drawbacks are the property itself is on a beach with a rather murky reef with low visibility and the lighting inside the villas is poor. If you open the shades it gets too hot in the room and the electric lights in the room aren't strong enough. A skylight in each villa would make a big difference.
Arriving on this island resort is like being enveloped in a big maternal hug and it never stops through out your visit
The staff are unwavering happy and nothing is too much trouble.i have worked in public service and have a fair idea of what they are up against at times..kudos kudos.warriors of the island..miss you already
