"This resort fell why short of my expectations. The images was a false reflection of the accommodations and access to the pool was via the restaurant which I found to be inconvenient. It also lacked the basic amenities I am accustomed to in a resort. The staff was no super helpful when I asked for stuff for the room. "

"This is a glorified hotel - not a resort. It has rooms that are nice, big, modern, and clean. It has a relaxing small lounging pool facing the ocean and a small restaurant/bar. However it is not a “resort”. It is beside the malecon/ocean and there is a small beach near it but the water is too rough to swim. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. "

Ive seen reviews about unfriendly staff or lack of staff. Ive seen things about the beds or the water presure.
