"Room was clean and well maintained. AC worked adequately (as far as México goes in our experience) Right on north beach, you’re paying for the location, not necessarily the room or amenities. Includes beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. One day it seemed full and the towel guy pulled out 2 more chairs and dug a hole and plopped an umbrella down for us. We did not use the pools, one seemed to be in the sun all day and one was out of the pool. Drinks on the beach from Kalak were average...

"This is our second year staying here in November. The room is clean with a mini fridge and a safe. A few minor things that could improve are: the beds are super hard; provide larger safes (they are very small); have luggage racks, and offer pool towels. Something to keep in mind that is not the hotel's fault is that the marina restaurant attached to the hotel was very wishy-washy about when they are open for dinner. "My stay was just I needed. This is a small well kept boutique that appears to be family run where they are available at all times for anything that you need. The roof deck while small was very tranquil had a small pool that turns into a Jacuzzi and six or seven last year that were peaceful, great place to relax Very happy with my experience there "
