"Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni io e mio figlio e stata una bella esperienza struttura sicura e pulita personale cordiale solo una pecca forse per me che vengo da una realta culinaria eccellenete e la ristorazione ripetitiva pero se riesci a riservare un tavolo nei vari ristoranti non e male Comunque ritornerei o magari ritornero se ne avro l'opportunita Grazie a tutti"

"The majority of the staff and accommodations were AMAZING ! The food was a big disappointment. The buffet meals were bland and cold. We did enjoy The Wok and the italian restaurants for dinner. Miguel, our butler, was extremely friendly and attentive. He was awesome! The seaweed did take over the beach so we were unable to swim in the ocean which was a huge disappointment."

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"The Royal Service area was fantastic. It was much quieter than the other areas of the resort. It also included its own restaurant (Palazzo), just for Royal Service guests. We would be happy to come back next year."

"Incredibly beautiful resort, such kind staff. Occasional issues with odd things, like it was weirdly difficult to request an extra blanket to the room and instead we just got a bunch of extra sheets. Or the menu descriptions of food didn't quite match what came to the table. But overall didn't diminish the value of the trip."
