"The overall ambiance was great. The wait staff and bartenders were outstanding! The hotel service was a little lacking. I called a couple of times for items and they would take a long time to deliver. On several days, our rooms weren’t cleaned until late afternoon. As I was sitting in the lobby throughout my stay, I noticed new guests were greeted very differently than us. We weren’t given full explanation about restaurants, events, and other resort procedures. We were just given our cards and...
