"There were a variety of pools and areas for all ages plus a gorgeous beach for walking. Room was small but nicely renovated with lots 8f water pressure fir the shower. Our only concern was having to line up for dinners because they don't have a reservation system. "

"Clean room but was very hot ac had hard time keeping up. Staff was excellent from front desk all the way to food. It wasn’t a beach view that was the only bad thing, but did provide transportation to the beach "

"We had a great stay up until the last day when the issue happened in PV with the cartel. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay 5 extra days which the hotel was able to do. However we were able to get an earlier flight and have not been able to get a refund from the hotel after we checked and they said we would. I would give them a much higher rating if not for this and not responding to my enquiries "
