Rafael and Israel were the best at that area. Fast and excellent services ! Israel was supper attentive and friendly. I would recommend Hyatt Ziva to everyone if you want to experience amazing resort. Room was always clean and fresh ! :) we will be back !"

"This property is really lovely, it’s in a questionable area of town but once inside you can appreciate the beautiful rooms, the pool area and the decor. Lots of tropical plants and the staff were wonderful. There is a soccer field right across the street and nights were very noisy til quite late. The bar and food at poolside was a plus. I stayed with many family members and we had 10 grandchildren enjoying the pool at times. It was down season so they had the pool almost exclusively to...
