"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The staff was very helpful leading up to our stay. They helped coordinate transportation from the train station to the property, where they had a dock right in front of the hotel. A public transportation station is only a few steps from the hotel as well. They also help set up transportation from the hotel to the airport upon checkout. We got to the hotel before our room was ready so they let us store our bags and they put them in our room when it was ready. They had complimentary drinks for us...

"Muy linda estancia, muy colorida pero sobre todo muy cómoda, no tuve problemas con ruido del exterior, y está muy cerca de restaurantes que son deliciosos, lo único es que si tenía un poco de humedad,’pero eso era más cuestión del clima que de la habitación, porque hasta fuera del hotel había mucha humedad. My husband and I actually said it spoiled us for the rest of our trip because no host or hotel has compared to her loveliness. From setting up super easy airport pick up, restaurant recommendation, answered all my random questions via WhatsApp throughout my time there! We checked in off hours and she gave us explicit instructions which made it super simple....
