"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff are excellent and so friendly. They were geat arranging transportation for us from and to the airport. Hotel location is excellent; ferry right next to hotel and restaurants and Ice Cream shops just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors."

"I liked being greeted by staff like I was an old friend. They sat us comfortably in a cozy lobby area with drinks and warmth. To be honest until we got here I was not liking Italy at all. This hotel and staff was/is all the good stories I have heard about Italy. I liked it so much I changed our trip and extended our stay here in Venice another day. "Amazing trip to Venice. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They were all so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Our room overlooked the Grande Canal which was stunning. Breakfast was standard fare and there was always something you could find to eat from eggs to fruit and pastries.
