I corresponded with them via email from the US even before I headed to Italy and they helped me with transfer options from the airport and making dinner reservations for me. The room was beautiful with so many amenities. But the thing that really stood out was the absolutely AWESOME and AMAZING homemade breakfast spreads they had each morning, included! "Cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Amazing shopping and food nearby—great recommendations for food given by staff that was a bit away but well worth the walk and who doesn’t want to walk when in Venice! Everything was perfect—such friendly staff and a nice bar to have a pre-dinner drink or night cap! I only hope to visit again!"

The only downside was the lack of transportation provided by the hotel — we had to either walk or take a public boat to get to St. Mark’s Square, which was quite far and tiring.
