The lobby was so aesthetic and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. The hotel’s restaurant (just a short minute away) surprised us with two free drinks, which was such a nice gesture. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Staying here made exploring Venice even more special!"

"Although this property is expensive, the location in Venice is outstanding. The rooms are small and bathroom doesn’t have the room for one’s personal things, and the chest drawers are difficult to pull out, but one overlooks such issues. The staff is great and helpful and totally understands English. "
