"Kardi and Elia were so helpful with navigating the area and with travel (water taxis and trains). Great location! The hotel is clean and beautiful with all the accommodations needed for your comfort. Loved that the room had a tea kettle and mini fridge with drinks and snacks. The shower was so cool too (Mimosa room). Bed was super comfy! Thank you! Highly recommend!"

"The service was excellent and the staff were very kind. The breakfast was truly wonderful. The only downside was the lack of transportation provided by the hotel — we had to either walk or take a public boat to get to St. Mark’s Square, which was quite far and tiring. However, the hotel itself was very nice."

"Cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Amazing shopping and food nearby—great recommendations for food given by staff that was a bit away but well worth the walk and who doesn’t want to walk when in Venice! Everything was perfect—such friendly staff and a nice bar to have a pre-dinner drink or night cap! I only hope to visit again!"
