"We stayed 2 nights & were impressed the entire time. The studio apartment was bigger than the pictures make it seem and actually felt like home with the decor & furnishings, the entire place was incredibly clean, the rooftop pool was beautiful, and contact with customer service via text for any and all questions was super quick & helpful. Not to mention we didnt have to drive at any point - this location is INCREDIBLY walkable with a grocery store & shops/restaurants/bars just a few minute walk...

"The staff is wonderful. Very attentive to any needs and very quick to respond. I was communicating about schedules and check out times while we were in Dallas for my wife’s survey. That night they came to my door with a bouquet of flowers and some fruits, nuts and cheese for us. What great customer service. We were minutes away from UT Southwest. Very convenient to the medical district. I would recommend this place to everyone. "

"公寓位置很好，社区环境也不错。出去吃饭购物都比较方便。如果能提供更多垃圾袋（至少每天一个）那就更完美。我这次住的房子在一楼靠大楼的其中一个出入口，所以经常有邻居在门口聊天、抽烟，如果不是很介意，那会是很好的住宿选择。"

"The people in the front office were cool to deal with. the horrible part of my experience was it was Infested with roaches. Payed for a week only stayed three day the Office could not refund my money because of that was Company policy. "

"It was very great to stay here for 3 nights with kids. We chose here as it was close to Kidzania USA and the shopping mall, and it did be great as expected. Additionally, it was quite convenient to have wash machines in your own room! Everything was perfect except for the pool, there was excrement in the pool water…"
