"If you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower, this is fine. Nothing fancy, but that shouldn’t be expected for the price you pay. The surrounding area didn’t seem as sketchy as some areas of Dallas. Front desk guy was helpful and friendly with a good sense of humor."

"Place was clean. Staff friendly. Room was excellent. Zero noise could be heard inside the room. The cons. People wandering around in the parking lot. One lady smoking majrijuana in her car when we arrived at 1030pm. People sitting in the stared smoking and watching our every move. Extremely concerning when traveling with kids. It felt unsafe. Wife said on the second night someone was yelling outside near our windows “help me.” I didn’t hear it. One lady intentionally threw a cigarette at my kids...
