"4 night long weekend over Valentine's for my wife and I. Our third stay in six months. Hotel fantastic as always. The reception team, the restaurant and Bar Staff as courteous, polite and friendly as always. Special mentions to Zoe on Reception and Constantine in bars. Thank you for making the stay special. "

"The room was clean, well designed and very comfortable. A soap dish would have been useful for the soap that was on offer to use. The heated towel rail is a necessity but not particularly well placed above the toilet (although I could not see another suitable place for it). The hotel was under renovation at the time. The builders were polite and considerate and any noise (not much during our stay) ceased at 5pm, as promised. We had a wonderful time and stayed an extra night on the strength of our fantastic room being available and friendly, helpful staff making it possible. Will definitely stay again."
