"The building, staff and amenities where outstanding, we did go for a basic room but it met our need and was comfortable and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful I can’t fault them. The building is outstanding the share vastness of it must take some upkeep and the place looked amazing with open lounge areas beautifully decorated. "

The reception service was fantastic — Jay at reception was incredibly helpful, joyful and welcoming, and really made my stay feel easy and stress-free.
