"BEAUTIFUL hotel centrally located in the Surgeons Quarter part of downtown! We walked everywhere without issue….the Royal mile being mere blocks from the hotel! The staff were AWESOME…..kind, professional, and helpful! Will definitely stay here again when we are back in October!!"

"The location was super convenient and close to the tram stop. The front desk was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The option to have a mini kitchen was great for our stay. I will also highlight the air conditioning was great to have during the summer months where most places may not have that available. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it to friends!"

"If you would like to enjoy your Edinburgh stay surrounded by green & space, this is the place for you. 15 mins walk or 10 mins bus from the busy city center, next to the Arthur’s seat. Unfortunately my room did not have view, just walls, but if you are lucky, most of rooms should have beautiful green views. Friendly staff, good food, lovely garden terrace to enjoy beers, if it is sunny!"

This became a big problem for us on the last two days of our stay when the plumbing in the shower failed and we could only get scalding hot water out of the shower. We hadn't encountered this problem in prior days and we didn't receive a response from the property manager (who had responded quickly to our earlier requests for more toilet paper) until we were already checked out of the...
