"We had a lovely stay at the Linton Collection Apartments over Christmas. This was our third year spending Christmas here and once again we loved it. The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. We were especially grateful that the team kindly allowed us to check in and access the apartment a little earlier, which made a big difference. The only very small disappointment this...

"Location was amazing, every attraction is within a short few minutes walk. There were pubs, restaurants right below which we did not find noisy. Apartment had a lift, we stayed in apt 13 on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a nice view overlooking the Calton Hill. Checking in was easy with a pin code for the entry gate, lift and apt, felt very safe with CCTV around the common areas. Whole house was fully equipped with heaters, even for the bathroom floors. "Hotel is on 5th floor of a fairly new shopping mall with endless shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and new and had a kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better. It was pretty much across from Waverley train station. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. I honestly could find no fault. We had lunch in the Grand restaurant and the French onion soup is to die for. I am disabled and travel with a mobility scooter. There was a young man, I believe his name is Oliver. He was such a delight and very helpful. "one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."
