"We were a bit disappointed in the size and cleanliness of the room. It was so small we didnt have room to open our luggage. Had to place them on the bed. There was tons of dust on the light fixtures and baseboards. Being a clean freak I was put off by that. Staff were okay but not as friendly as other hotels we stayed at."

"The stand out was the service. Friendly staff and excellent service. Room service was speedy and if you had breakfast included there was no extra charge. We had an issue with our TV and someone was there within 2 mins. The amenities in the bathroom smelt gorgeous. Loved the variety in the mini bar. Good size mugs for a cuppa. Only down side was the water pressure in the shower."

"Our hotel room was comfortable, very clean and spaciously well appointed. The staff at reception was courteous and anxious to help as needed, appreciated when arriving after flight issues at 11 pm. Netish was especially helpful when locating a driver to take us to York at the end of our stay. We found the staff in all areas of the hotel to be welcoming and friendly. One elevator was out of service for replacement, causing delays for guests and staff, but that was the only difficulty during...

"Lägenheten bar bra planerad o extra plus att det bar två badrum. Mycket hög standard i badrummen och köket med stor och öppen köksdel, fullt utrustad och med bardisk. Tvåvånings sängen var mycket skön att sova i. Tyvärr var de större sängarna av äldre modell och madrassernas fjädring gjorde att sängarna uppfattades som ”skålade” och ”lutade”. Gjorde det svårt att sova i ”sin egen” sovställning."
