"For context, I stayed here in the middle of a month-long trip in Japan, and before this have mostly been in budget hotels. The location was, in my opinion, one of the best parts of the hotel. It is within a 10 minute walk to both a JR Rail station and a local line, and is a short walk to both Harborland and the Kobe Port Tower. "Hotel is close to Kobe Sannomiya Station. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, it was happy hours, where drinks, including alcohol, and snacks were available. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. One even printed out bus schedule and direction to bus terminal from hotel for me. Room size is small like most rooms in Japan. Room, towels and bedsheets are clean."
