"We were very impressed by this hotel from the moment we arrived. The area was so clean, the entrance beautiful with Christmas lights. The staff were very friendly and the hotel lobby had many complimentary amenities, including Starbucks coffee which made mornings super easy. The room was so big and nice. The bathroom was huge and very luxurious to have a bath. We loved our stay, it was very close to the station and surrounding shops and Dotonbori. We will definitely be back."

"万博の時お試しで宿泊してからずっとこちらにしている　数回宿泊したが温泉　朝食の内容も種類も　フロントのサービス含め最高　ジムやランドリーや宅急便対応もあり　USJから一駅来てもこちらのホテルの方が良い　コンビニは近くに2軒ある　ただ4階の部屋は景色が見えない部屋があり　泊まったが閉塞感あり微妙　宿泊評価はそこで分かれてるかと思う　3階の朝食に少し並ぶのは　食事の内容がたいへん充実してると評価されているホテルは北海道から沖縄までどこでもそうだから　早めに行くといいかと思う　急いでいる人は一階のレストランの方も行けます"
