Location is great. In fact, I selected the hotel because of airport limo bus to and from the hotel.
The hotel is dated. Wallpaper at few spots in the room are peeling. The lights are not bright enough. As advertised, room size is 17m sq but the bathroom took a chunk of the space. Insufficient counter top to place items. A notice in the room to place luggage under the bed. But it is a challenge to push the open luggage under the bed.
The male front desk staff at check in was curt. The female staff at check out was friendly.

Excellent location, not the quietest as very near train tracks but it didn’t disrupt my sleep. Sad to know it’s closing down because i definitely would stay there again if I ever return to Japan.

Overall, the property was clean, I loved the heated toilet seat, and it was near a convenience store. However, the surrounding area leading up to the hotel was a bit shady.
