"I missed my flight to London so I was a day late checking in to our room. I called the hotel as soon as I realized I could not get to London in time. When I arrived the next day the clerk could not find my reservation then said I was a no show. When she finally found my reservation she could not find my breakfast payment. Iโm not sure if it was incompetence or a software problem. I n the end I got my room."

"I enjoyed my stay here! The location couldnโt be better - the hotel entrance is literally next to Tower Hill Tube Station, and youโre just steps from the Tower of London and within walking distance of Tower Bridge. The room is small, but very ergonomic and thoughtfully designed. The huge, comfy bed by the window, shower, vanity, and closet all fit perfectly into the space, so I had everything I needed without feeling cramped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the hotel system went down and check-in was temporarily unavailable, but they were so patient and kind throughout the whole situation. Breakfast at ยฃ20.50 was absolutely worth it - great variety, fresh berries and fruit, veggies, hot and cold options, and good coffee. I also loved the iPad in the room. It made everything feel modern and convenient, from controlling the lights to setting the alarm. Iโd definitely stay here again!"
